Oh horrible customer service! Go elsewhere with your good hard earned money. Rude front desk need much better customer service and much more experienced professionals.
Rented a car through their website and when we went to pick it up the process was easy and fast! The staff is friendly and helpful. Only reason I’m not giving them five stars is because I had to call several times in order for someone to pick up. Other than that the rental was great and dropping it off was just as easy. The shuttle bus drivers are also kind and helpful.
Will not rent here again. You rent at Dollar car rental and no one tell you that you have to pick the vehicle at Hertz and online it say there open when there not
Messed up the car I had asked for.gave me something else to drive.wasnt happy about eat all.wont use them again.
I Reserved a large SUV online, called twice before pick up day to confirm reservation and was assured of the availability of the vehicle. On the pick up day no large SUV were available I had to settle for a smaller one.nI returned the car in the evening and in the morning I realized that I forgot my very expensive glasses in the car, so I called customer service as I was heading to where I dropped the car the night before, they said someone already rented the car and I asked if they found my glass when they cleaned the car he said they didn’t find anything in it. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
