Enterprise is the only place I use to rent vehicles from. They are professional and always friendly. I absolutely loved how easy it was to rent a car from the Enterprise people at the Hartford, Conn. airport. Everything was completed online. I arrived, gave the reservation number, showed my ID and credit card. The car was immediately available. I even got to pick which one I preferred. Returning it was also very convenient. Drive up, leave the keys in the car and they immediately check it in. I was early to the airport and able to have breakfast before boarding the plane. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Good morning , two weeks ago after renting a car from another Enterprise, I began to make my 250 mile trip at 430 am. Only to find out I had a flat tire ! I filled tire at local gas outlet but did not feel comfortable making the trip. I went to the Bradley Airport Enterprise and the night lady was super !! She quickly and efficiently got me in another car and I was off and running ! Thank you very much, you saved the day ! Great job......Mike
Agents were available, friendly snd efficient even though our plane arrived in Hartford after midnight.nGot to choose our car from several available. Drop off was easy as well. Receipts and contract appeared onnPhone immediately.nCar happened to be brand new and worked perfectly.
