Payless Car Rental

I would have given them 0 star for the experience I had but google does not give me the option.nnI took the Car from Bradley Airport, Connecticut. I had made the booking 1 month ago for a jeep wrangler and when I reach they gave me a Mitsubishi. I took the car and left the airport. As soon as I entered the freeway and increases speed, the steering wheel of the car started shaking and the car became unstable. I went back to Payless and asked them to exchange the car. They gave me another Mitsubishi and I took that and left for NYC. Half way through NYC I noticed that the car started wobbling a bit. The car did not show any alerts at that time so I continued.nnAfter reaching NYC I started seeing low tyre pressure alert on the car and I thought may be the tires have less air. I stopped at a nearby gas station and the tire pressure was 9, so I filled the air and left for Atlantic city in some time. On my way to Atlantic City I received another alert and this time when I checked I saw that the tire was punctured. I called Payless to ask them to tell me the nearest payless location so I can change the car. They told me to use the spare and go to Atlantic city airport. I reach the airport and there is no Payless location there. I call them again and they say me that there is no location and I should get the tired fix and leave the car from where I got it from. It was labor day weekend and a lot of places were closed so I had to wait for 1 day to get the tire fixed. I call them the next morning and they told me there is a payless in Atlantic City airport where I can get this changed.nnAll payless did was spoil my trip and send me from one place to another. I will never take any car from here and not even suggest anyone else to take it

Best experience I've ever had. The price was good and I paid what I was quoted unlike budget and some others.

Process was very easy. Wait was brief, vehicle was ready, representative was efficient and friendly, and the vehicle was dependable while we used it. My only complaint is that the orices are way higher than only a year or so ago, bordering on outrageous, but having no choice, I still need to rent a vehicle. Drop-off was quick, no wait, and we were on our way to the shuttle.

We got the rental last minute and they had one available. the staff was courteous, professional. The type of vehicle we requested was not available and we were upgraded. Easy rental contract. Just a wonderful experience all around. Definitely will be back.
