Overall a great experience been renting monthly from Enterprise even though I have a account I do receive calls questioning my ratenI usually book months a ahead of time and try to lock in a good rate.nDoes make me almost want to try a different car company as it can become annoying.nWhen you are a loyal customer.
I first have to say that they were extremely conscious to make sure that all their customers remained safe in renting their vehicles. The staff on picking up my car and dropping it off were amazing, efficient, and friendly. I had a wonderful experience renting this vehicle
This place is awesome ud83dudc4c probably the fastest place to get a rental. Thanks to my wife's older brother Jesse for getting it. Great prices and good selection in cars.
What nice customer service. It was a breath of fresh air to see someone with so much knowledge and not pushy at the same time. It was a pleasure.
Delivered bare minimum. Presented the car to me in such a way that all incoming traffic was blocked off. No time was given to get aquatinted with the car, adjust the seat, get bags in the car because an employee and the shuttle were both trying to get around my rental car which was parked in a terrible spot by another employee. Very disorganized parking lot that is too small for its use.
