I had such a great experience here. My suv had broken down on the highway and the stress of that and the fact that I had a very important meeting at work that I could not miss, I knew I had to rent a car. I went online and did my rental on line. When I went to pick it up I have to say that the customer service experience was beyond amazing. Max was a true professional, she helped me with the rental and made sure I was safe. Amazing experience, will rent from them again.
Enterprise needs help in the call center dept asap. Anyways, this branch had given me a car with a faulty battery, had to use road service twice... then for 3 days with no reliable vehicle because of a dreadful car exchange process.nnA process that should have only taken 3 to 4 hours max, took three day due to aweful call center service, they messed up the car exchange with location to my address and the availability and locations for the tow. Kept me on hold for 2+ hours total.nIn sum, Zero consideration, absentbmanagement, and lack of service.

Tess made my check in process completely seamless. She knew who I was without me announcing my name. She answered all questions. We did a complete walk thru of the vehicle and within less than 10 min I was driving away in my rental. Highly recommend enterprise in Shelton.
