Avis Car Rental

Very unprofessional!! They allowed a male to rent a car under my name with copy of my license and a female claiming she was me over the phone. An employee by the name of Andy knows who this guy is and refused to give me any information regarding this identity fraud. He won't answer the phone and when he does, he's giving me the run around. I have no choice but to take this matter to the police

We often rent a car from this place and we have a very good experience here. We got the good cars for good price and made our trips success

The folk that staff this location try their best to compensate for vehicle shortages. Don't be fancy and expect a clean vehicle here - the infrastructure does not exist. Consider yourself lucky if you ever get an upgrade as the territory management tries to keep the least desirable vehicles at this location - most of them being compacts with 20K+ miles. More often than not vehicles have mechanical issues causing them not to be rented. All in all you are better off going to a Hertz ;-)

I regularly rent from these wonderful guys who accommodate every need that I have -various types of vehicles depending on my travel, providing clean, reliable vehicles, facilitating pick up and drop off superbly polite service. As a frequent traveller, I see the difference from location to location. This people are the best and they are very much appreciated.nBernie S.
