Ins co. authorized the small Honda, I needed the next larger sized car. The only one in stock was not cleaned, but I took it as is, The wash rack was blocked. The return car pick-up at the body shop is a great service car
Usual outstanding service from Enterprise while my car was under repair. Courteous, efficient delivery of a clean rental, which gave excellent service.
I’ve had bad service in the past with enterprise and I had swore I would not use them again but it seems like the staff had change because I recently rented a car from Norwalk (Westport ave ) location and agent Ray was amazing. She was very polite and patient and was able to work with me on my extension of days and also with my credit card issues. If she’s not working I’m not renting!!!
