Good staff excellent customer services

The team of Hertz on this location really did an outstanding job for me. I rented a car at Hertz in NJ and they put me in an old car that should have been released from the Hertz fleet a long time ago. I reserved a luxury vehicle but they did not have any, I had to meet a schedule so I just accepted it and drove to Norwalk. I went to the Norwalk Hertz and explained the situation. The team helped me in a new vehicle, and dealt with all the paperwork so I did not got charged for changing the car. I really appreciated this and I recommend to rent a car at the Hertz Norwalk location to everybody. They really understand their business and go above and beyond.
