Fantastic Customer Experience. Super easy pick up and drop off. The SUV I rented was clean and performed perfectly. This is a well run company.

I've been renting cars for decades. Enterprise is always a superior experience. They make an effort to get you into the nicest car they can. The staff is generally very hard working yet extremely friendly and customer centric. When business circumstances have occasionally forced me to use other companies it's either entirely unacceptable to just not as pleasant and efficient. This is a well run company that provides top tier service to customers. I'm a long term, happy customer! Highly recommend them!

From start to finish a delightful experience, even when first car I was assigned had problems. Staff was especially helpful and welcoming, not to mention a smile was constant even behind their masks! The car was clean, performed well and never had any issues.nWould highly recommend!

We’ve been renting for years but more so recently since we were in car accident and our car was considered totaled. At first I was nervous about renting during the pandemic, but the Main Ave location in Norwalk, Ct put my worries to rest. It’s been months now that I’ve been renting and only have good things to say about the staff.nNow on the other side of things.... I always booked my reservation by calling. For a straight 4 months not one representative told me about earning points for my rentals over the phone. Imagine all the points I could’ve earned. And this past rental I was shocked at the price increase. When I booked the rental it said $55.00 per day. When I closed out my contract it read $98.00 per day. I would expect increases to happen during the pandemic but just due to the summertime that is not fair.

We can’t THANK Maddie and her team enough for going out of their way to help us with our rental! We had reserved a vehicle well in advance for a mini-vacation and then Isaias happened and people who lost their vehicles due to damage of course had to take a priority. But Maddie worked really hard to find us a replacement so we could salvage our trip before the kiddos went back to school. She went above and beyond and we can’t thank her and her team enough for their professionalism and kindness and of course hard work! Thanks all!
