Great service provided extremely professional employees such as Mike Crouse. Mike was my service representative for this rental (as well as my August rental) and was great to work with. The Pacifica we rented in August made our trip to Iowa and back more enjoyable. For our most recent trip to Iowa, Mike gave us the option to rent a Toyota 4 Runner. Given the possibility of bad weather, we felt very confident with this 4WD SUV. Mike's professional and friendly service should serve as a model for all Avis/Budget employees. He is the key reason why we rent from Avis and not Hertz!!!

I have rented from plenty of locations and this one is impossible to get on the phone. After trying to extend my rental i was told that only the location can honor the original price but i could not talk to anyone. Customer service told me that when i return they can adjust it. So when i return the manager says they will not honor any price adjustments and were just of zero help. I will never rent from these people again !!! Over charged and unhelpful!

Avis is easy to do business with and always treats me with a friendly attitude. The only this I do not understand is why the [rice of the vehicle always seems to increase without any real explanation. For example, I prepaid and the charge was 1605.27, but then there was an additional charge of 24.74 with no explanation as to what changed to cause the price to increase and why anything would change if I prepaid for the rental.]
