Hertz

Never have cars available if they have they are in bad shape. I rented one didn’t have a spare tire I called customer service they told me it was my problem because I didn’t check that it was really ridiculous. Sadly State Farm works with hertz only. Really disappointed

I don’t recommend this place. They offered us a ram dodge without any other option in our reserved price. After a long discussion the manager offered a full size car with a higher price. Not helpful/friendly staff.

Avoid this rental if possible. I was told by the representative that if you or one of your guests ever smoke in their car they will charge you $300 for a full detail interior cleaning. I left a couple of empty cans inside and they charged me $250 for a full interior cleaning. GREED!!

Great service. I asked a Chevy Suburban as I have 5 kids and wanted all comfort for a trip to Baltimore. Only Hertz was able to fulfill my request from all the other rental companies. Plus excellent customer service.

i’m a little hesitant to give this review, only because I’m worried if everybody sees my review they’re always going to go there and then they’re going to have less cars for me. However my customer service rep I give a 10, check in and getting my vehicle was fast I give a 10, The vehicle it’s self I give a 10. I will always rent from Hertz.
