This is a good store and nice staff but make sure if you rent a car that you don’t forget anything of your belongings in the car. You will NEVER see it again. I am tired of calling to get my sunglasses that I forgot in one of their cars. I called and they have been transferring me from store to another. I finally called the corporate customer service and they filled a report for me and promised to call back and never heard from them. Maybe they will see this comment and someone will be ashamed and give me a call. I don’t wan to my glasses anymore but at least someone should have followed up and let me know what is going on.

They did not look over the car for damages with me and then was trying to push me into getting scratch coverage for the vehicle for $25 a day more then the cost of the rental saying that then if it got a scratch I wouldn’t have to pay the deductible and it wouldn’t go through my insurance.nI also asked for a compact car and they gave me an intermediate size one but not telling me until it was done and I was charged. So, again charging me more money making it seem like he was doing me a favor by giving me the newest car on the lot.nLastly I was charged for 4 days when it was 3 days.nI picked up the car on Tuesday at 4:30 and dropped it off on Friday at 3:30.nnHi DR- I have emailed that address two times in the past two weeks voicing my frustrations and I have yet to receive a response.
