Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have required rental cars for the majority of my career and have typically rented from the less expensive rental company. I have been exclusive to Enterprise for the past two years due to the excellent team at Enterprise Fairfield ,CT. The team is very friendly, very efficient and they take the time to get to know their clients. Great job, you earned my business!

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise on the Post Road in Fairfield, CT. They were very nice and I had asked to get a free upgrade if possible since I had seen an advertisement for it but didn't ask when I actually booked the car. Matt took care of me and I drove the absolute most awesome 2020 Black Dodge Durango for my short trip to Hershey Park in PA. The rates were the best around and I know bc I did my research. I will always use Enterprise when I have the need to rent a car. Great customer service, awesome vehicles, and very easy to rent online and return took less than 5 minutes.

We started out rough because of a reservation that could not be kept in Bridgeport. Then we got transferred or upgraded to Fairfield Connecticut branch and again start off on the rough. But in the end things workout to my satisfaction. Would I recommend two other people, possibly but I would also awake and sure to tell them be aware and talk to the attendance to come up with a good deal for yourself.

Fairfield Enterprise has been outstanding. They’ve really stepped up when we needed them in a pinch. The national organization, not so much. We have MANY rentals that simply never made it to our points program. Why have one if you’re not going to put the customer first? See “Raving Fans”!

Online booking process was simple, car was brand-new and ready upon arrival, short wait for paperwork. Staff was friendly and efficient. Could not have been more pleased.
