Hertz

Came to rent a car as my Jeep was getting fixed at Angelis. Franks was super nice from the begging. He showed that he does really care about doing a good job.nHe was alone doing everything and he handle it very well. !!!

As a loyal customer of Hertz I will keep on renting from them.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I reserved a (midsize) car on the Hertz website and when I arrive (via Uber), I get checked out (after the agent picks up a call during the process and proceeds to have a 5 min call with another customer) and my credit card is run.nWhen we walk outside to check out the vehicle, it is the lowest class car in the fleet (economy), which is too small for the needs of my trip. Not only had I not been told in advance that the size car I arranged was unavailable at check-out, but no adjustment had been made to charge for the economy-sized car—complete bait and switch.nNo offer was made to find a vehicle at another location or even a ride back to my hotel, so I had to pay for another Uber. I’m not sure whether my CC void has gone through but with their shady tactics, I will be sure to follow up with Amex.
