Rented one way for 2 days, picked up 9:20am, dropped 9am (total less than 2 days, with recorded VM at drop off location at 8am for drop off but they only opened 9am). Regardless, they charged me 2 days plus an extra hr! Agent at drop off location couldn’t make sense of the charge, and referred me to billing who said they’d fix it, but never did. I’ll post the receipt for details. But this was my first and last time to go with hertz since this is their level of honesty and customer service.

I've been renting cars here almost every month for 2 years. Except for the first time when they charged me extra for fuel (and fixed it after I emailed), had no problem ever after. Cars are usually very new and clean as well, and pickup/return is very easy. The only thing is do return on time otherwise the garage is closed and you will need to come back the next day.

One of the best rental locations anywhere. I will go out of my way to use this location instead of others nearby or even the HPN airport. Staff are all professional and friendly, and keep their cars in great shape. Can't wait until they reopen after COVID.

Renters be aware, Hertz did not provide car inspection unless you ask for. There are damaged car they rent and you have to pick up the bill for it. When asked for proof, the customer service is useless. Not an honest operation, better rent from Avis next door. Will definitely rent from Hertz again....Rubbish.

It's great I could said a lot of about but 1A or 5 golden apples, diamonds etc. Price muaaaah.nIn & Out it's 1,2 &3
