Avis Car Rental

Arrived at the location and the car I had reserved was already loaned out to another customer without a reservation. Then was forced to rent a SUV at a higher price. Asked about returning early and was assured the location would be open Sunday night, but it closed at 1pm and had to make accommodations to stay locally to return in the morning. Customers should be warned there is no after hours drop off at this location. I have never seen a location without one and that is very helpful to know about beforehand.

Avis is charging me a toll from New Jersey, that the place I never went. I call, apparently they fixed, but for my surprise I had one more change of $23,45. This is a scam company. If don't wanna headache, never rent car from this company.

Terrible service. I was never warned of new closing times even though my reservation was for after closing. When I finally got the car, it was the wrong model with technical issues. No apologies or effort to fix this.

Excellent customer service, car was clean and there was a from left in the car letting me know it was cleaned and disinfected prior to my rental

I was given a car that someone had vomited in. The smell was terrible and I did not notice because the windows were open. When we got on the high way and closed the windows, the smell was unbearable. They said they would give me an adjustment in price. Have not heard back!!! disgusting!!!!
