I had picked up a car at JFK and it had a problem. This location at the Doubletree helped me get into a different car in a speedy and professional way. The service was excellent
Reserved online only to show up after taking a $ 10 uber and find out they had no cars available. Their system is not up to date. When i requested an offer code or a number to call they would not comply. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
