Avis Car Rental

These people are thieves. If there was a zero star I would have given it to them. I will never rent from them again. They won’t even give you an hour grace period even though I called to tell them I was going to be an hour late. They said it was ok. They charged me $45 for 1 hr late. It was an emergency I had to do the rental with Avis. I usually rent from enterprise, they will never pull a low blow like this one. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Everybody was very helpful and nice ,they explained in full detail everything I needed to know ,I got stuck in traffic they said not to worry get there wen I can other car rentals would not have done that I know from experience . I would recommend anyone to go to Avis first

Everything was great, but you should notify customers in advance if they are not allowed to park at your location. Customers would appreciate knowing where they can park. Would be 5 stars if you had somewhere to park.

The Dodge mini van was excellent for my purposes and it was completely ready and waiting just when I needed it. It was a pleasure to drive! The gas mileage was great - very efficient!

I recommend this facility for any of your rental needs. The AVIS member at the desk was incredibly polite and warm. The facility is equipped to deal with COVID-19 safely and the pick-up process was very easy.
