Budget Car Rental

The checkout and checking back in was quick and easy. The car was clean , a newer model and very nice also. The problem was that I was charged an additional 57 dollars for which, I assume , was for being about 30 minutes late returning the car. The agent didn't make me aware of the additional charge and although I was given a receipt I didn't notice the additional charge until after I'd left the rental location. I understand that I was late which was why I was charged the additional money, I assume but had I been made aware that being 30 minutes late would have resulted in an additional 57 dollars I would've never rented the car from budget and as a result of that I will not be renting a car again from budget unless I'm left with no other options

Budget is very good and the programs are amazing.
