Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The customer service was awesome, unfortunately some people can't show respect for others and follow the no smoking agreement they signed.nThereis a reason its in the contract.nnThe staff did accommodate me in finding another vehicle without question.

I was given an upgrade from my original reservation, so this was appreciated. Unfortunately, the car had a very strong odor of cigarettes and the maintenance lights came on during a long road trip. But overall, it was a good experience.

Good morning, I pray all is well. For as long as I have rented cars I used the Roosevelt Ave location. 95 % of the time I have had the pleasure of being served by Alexis! She has served me through the years with not only a smile but, also with care, respect, knowledge, integrity, friendship!! She has been promoted and has gone on to bigger and better things. Although bitter sweet for me, because I will miss my friend. I am very happy for her and proud of her!! If all of your employees are as concienouse as Alexis your company will continue to grow!!!

The rental was in excellent condition and very clean. The staff was professional and nice. My only issue was the speed of check-in. I used the online reservation form and designated all my info for an express check-in, yet when I arrived for pickup they only had my name and dates of the rental. I had to give them all my address, contact info, and payment details again.

Customer service was great. The only issue I had was that the vehicle I was given smelled like a wet dog. I had to ride with the windows down for the 3 days I had it. Vehicle should have been cleaned a lot better before it was dropped off. I have rented from Enterprise a lot over the year’s and usually the vehicle is in better shape when I received it. I will continue to use Enterprise in the future
