Triple A made the reservation for me. You have to have a credit history check in order to use a debit card to pay. Due to people in the past stopping payment. Other than that small hiccup at pick up they were great. After we got back from our trip something was wrong with my personal vehicle and they never gave me a problem about having to rent the car for another day! And we were pleasantly surprised because they didn't have the car we were supposed to rent so we got an even better car. 2020 Ford Explorer, I loved it so much I want to buy one or something very similar to it!!!

Got a rental from them through my insurance company after hitting a deer. Everyone there that I delt with was very nice!

Never rent from Hertz! I called to confirm the reservation Friday for pickup at the Hyatt on Saturday AT 12pm ....arrived AT 12:07 to pick up the car and was told by the Hyatt front desk that Terry left early because she wasn't busy! They did not tell me when I made the reservation that they close at 12pm. When I called the Branch Manager, Matt Compomizzi's number and left a message at the office and mobile numbers, no return call.nPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Never rent off hurtz they put a hold on a deposit when i picked up car i return car they said car was good they said they took hold off deposit went to check to see if deposit was still pending it was not pending it was gone they stole my money will not rent from hurtz ever again boycott hurtz go to enterprise there better
