Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Vehicle was great - customer service a different story. I arrived to pick up the truck. When I walked in I then see a sign that says I couldn't leave my personal vehicle there. I was not told this prior and live over 30 miles away. I questioned this and told them they should have told me prior as now I have to make another trip, he relented and allowed me to leave the car. The next problem was when we checked out the truck the FL tire was almost 10 pounds low in air, he insisted it was fine when he checked it out earlier. Now he did say he would fill it for me but, I was already frustrated from the personal car issue and took the truck. I filled the tire at home and funny enough there was no leak for 3 full days. Which means he never checked the truck out, or completely ignored it, either way a lie. A bit of advise the next time just say oh my I must of missed that and jump in the truck and fill the tire.nOther than that the truck was great and performed well. I rented from Enterprise years ago and everything was great then including the customer service. This was a different location, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Our branch manager, Brian, was so informative, helpful, and kind. We love him! We will definitely be back. :)

Very misleading sales team, do not rent from here or you will suffer an expensive low quality vehicle with bad service. Lying about there rental process and rude.

They treated me great from the moment I walked in. Convenient access from Somerset. I rented a truck to haul skis and had no issue getting the vehicle or with it while I had it.

I just want to say that I am very impressed with and grateful for the customer service that I experienced from the guys at this Enterprise location. John and Mike were the best! And I have to mention the driver that picked me up (sorry I did not get his name) was very polite and patient with me while we were trying to solve our crisis situation.nnWe broke down on the PA Turnpike - 4 hours from home, with a travel trailer in tow and had to be towed to a local dealership - trailer and all!nWe contacted Enterprise about a half hour before everyone was closing for the holiday weekend and these guys we able to get us a rental truck so we could be on our way WITH our trailer.nThey were very professional and never once made us feel like we were holding them up - even though I know it was late. Thank you again to all the folks we dealt with there! I would highly recommend this place if you ever need a rental - even if you're an out-of-towner! :)
