Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I actually rented a car and van in the Layton UT facility and drove out to twin falls with my family! I had problems with the tires and was driving on spare. Called roadside 4 times. The 3rd agent sent me to Wills Toyota to get the tires fixed, arrived to Wills and they were closed. I was frustrated. Called and the 4th agent sent me to Enterprise in Twin falls to switch out the car. Arrived and they were sold out with cars and I understand cause it’s the holiday weekend but Daylon who works at the Twin Falls location was very helpful and took care of me. I am truly grateful and appreciate this individual. Great and amazing person. Now I can enjoy the rest of my weekend being safe because of this person. Enterprise you are lucky to have this person. This is the place to rent a vehicle in Twin Falls! Russ was so sweet and helpful. My car broke down 20 minutes outside of Twin Falls on my way from Colorado to Washington and they helped me get back on my way, even for the trip back to Colorado. Thanks again guys, I appreciate you all!
