Absolutely wonderful staff. Extremely polite and adept at helping you as quickly as possible. Will always go back to the Phillipsburg office when I have the need to rent a car.

Everything was good, Frank did a great job getting us in and out, just the outside of the vehicle wasn't clean because they were too busy

We had a horrible, dishonest experience at the Enterprise in Phillipsburg, NJ. The day before we were to pick up our reserved Minivan, we received a call stating that one would not be available. The 'reasons' : three were in an accident that week (wow, such bad luck!), and two more were rented to a company that was not going to return on time. We could have a Jeep Wrangler instead. THE FEMALE ATTENDANT TOLD US SHE TRIED AND TRIED BUT COULD NOT FIND ANOTHER MINIVAN FOR US ANYWHERE IN THE AREA.nnOf course, we hung up with her, then called and FOUND ONE AT THE NEAREST ENTERPRISE OFFICE in Easton, PA, and picked it up at noon the next day. So much for honesty and effort.nnThe only good news was that Dominic in the Easton office could not have been more professional and caring, and took great care of us.
