Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Needed to rent a bigger car for the day and came here. I was very impressed with the quick, super friendly service we received. The check out / check in process was very easy, and the car we received was very clean. The guys even helped me fold the seats down to make sure I would have enough room / clearance for my pick up. I would highly recommend them.

We have used them multiple times, and we always have gotten a great usually newer model vehicle. When i got there they were not prepared for me which was disappointing this time around but overall have always been pleased.

Great service and I got a car I was looking to drive. Range Rover Velar.nThe only problem is the car reeked of weed and cigarettes for the whole week we had it.nEven after fabric freshening it, it took awhile to get it out.nI hope the guys who rented it before us got charged extra for that.nThis location just needs to do a better job of cleaning if there is smoke.

Generally happy with my experiences with Enterprise. I am an Enterprise Plus customer. Negative recent experience however.nCalled to see if I could return rental in the AM as opposed to using Dropbox. Was told no problem. Dropped car of at 7:30 in the morning but was charged an extra day. Called to inquire, and was told a manager would call me back. I never received a call back.

I always enjoy my rental car experience at the Collegeville Enterprise location. The people there are courteous and professional and do their best to have you in your rental car as quickly as possible. I will continue to rent all my vehicles from this location. They really are great to work with.
