Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am a frequent renter of Enterprise and this location to be more specific. I received a call from an associate Stephan,(who is always excellent and helpful) about 45 minutes prior to my arrival confirming that I was still coming and there were full size vehicle options available. Ironically when I get there I was told there were no more full size vehicles available. I let the associate know I made the reservation last week. She then stressed the influx of customers who came in prior to me, who had insurance claims. I’m well aware that things come up, but if I had a reservation shouldn’t that have been honored? If customers came in with insurance claims last minute does that make my reservation null and void? I understand customers don’t return cars and may extend I have done it before, but shouldn’t me as a customer be alerted of this? I was told I could choose any other vehicle left on the lot, but why would I do that when I would end up paying more, because all the vehicles were vans and suvs. (I requested a premium car last week and ended up paying extra for a Wrangler, because they couldn’t get a car.)The associate told me she would call and see if any other places had anything available, she returned 5min later saying nobody had anything. I decided to leave and call places myself, needless to say, I’m heading all the way to South Philadelphia to pick up a vehicle. Today was my last time making a reservation at this location I haven’t had a good experience the past few times.

Always love my experience with Enterprise. I'm like a big kid knowing that I'm about enjoy my day driving one of their cars. This time around I was given a Nissan Rogue that was out of my comfort zone, but I so appreciated it. I loved it! It was a very smooth ride and my mom enjoyed it as well. I was concerned about her entering and exiting the car, but she herself was amazed that it wasn't too high up for her to enter the car. See you next month!

I was able to get picked up for my rental at the Chelten location. The young man was nice and had funny conversation. They still used my free upgrade i had before covid. The customer service was great. The representatives were friendly and busy. People were physically distancing while waiting outside. Everything went smoothly for my pickup and return including billing. I already made my reservation for August.

The Enterprise in center City at 20th Street between market and Chestnut I called many times and never got a call back had to go down there I felt like I was bothering them. Each person I spoke to I got different prices for the same vehicle just shop around a car is a car might try renting from here again we will see if I do maybe I can upgrade the Stars.

The Chelten Ave location is my new location from now on. The guys there were super friendly, fun and accommodating. The minivan was top of the line and sparkling clean by the time they worked their magic. I rent vehicles every couple of months and these guys were hands down the best to work with and provided the best service I have ever received both nationally and internationally. I would also like to give an honorable mention to the Elkins Park location where I ended up having to return the van. They could not have been better.nnI am a pay it forward consumer and believe in taking the time to write a review when it is deserving, and these guys are more than deserving.
