The experience was excellent. The rental consultant Josh was very thorough positive and upbeat . I really appreciated his abilities. He made suggestions based on my needs and was able to speedily get me into a car and on my way.nThe return was awesome too . Received by an equally competent consultant. Met Josh again as he was working with another customer. He greeted me and asked me how my experience was. Very considerate.

I recently had two Enterprise rental experiences when my car broke down. One was amazing when I was 300 miles from home. The car was brought to the dealership and one of the fees waived out of respect for their relationship with the dealership. The second one was in. Philadelphia where I lived. First, there was a misunderstanding about the rate and then the car came with a horrible smell of smoke. It was almost un-drivable. Next time I will make sure to request a non-smoking car.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a simpler rental process than the one I had with them earlier today. I anticipated a more complicated scenario given the COVID-19 situation (long lines with the 6 foot rule in place for example) but I was dead wrong! Their professional, friendly, and punctual customer service representatives made all the difference for me and hopefully they will for you you as well!

I had no problem even at the last minute while my own vehicle was at the body shop. Enterprise manage to have something available. And the gentlemen that waited on me was nice , friendly. And polite. And for that I will be back. Under better circumstances that is .
