Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I needed something a bit different for a long drive so I rented a car from Enterprise. I use them on such occasions.nAs usual, the service was excellent. The people were friendly and they always seem to want to provide you with a fine experience.

I reserved a vehicle on line. I went to the office to pick it up. Their were no options with cars. Only 1 car was available. It was smaller than what I reserved. Everything else was fine and normal.

We originally booked a mini suv but was notified 25 minutes before the pick-up that the suv was not dropped off the night prior. We were upgraded to a mini-van instead. At first we were upset about the change but once we got the van we realized it was a great option to have instead. Justin was super helpful during the whole process. Would recommend this enterprise to friends.

I didn't went there to rent a Car

Justin was very polite and was able to answer any and all questions that I had. You can tell that he enjoys his job and working with people.
