Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Seems like they never have any cars available.. at least when we needed one. Waited a week to get one. When we did get the car it was surprisingly really nice. That's the only upside next to a nice dude behind the counter.

I was rear-ended and needed a rental. This being the only place in town, I had to use them... I wish I didn't have to. The van they gave me had a low tire level, asked them to fill it and was greeted with an attitude, the guy grabbed the keys from my hands and didn't even talk to me. It kept losing air in the tires after driving around all day. When I told them about it they told me the weather, it was in the 60s, would do that.... No not after driving around all day and there was a piece of metal sticking out of the tire they said was superficial. You don't lose that much air without a leak. They had a horrible attitude about it and finally gave me a different van. Then asked me repeatedly, and in a nasty tone, if I knew how to use a push to start after I said yeah I had one. I don't ever want to have to use them again.

I have rented from this Enterprise several times, many for pleasure and once for when my car was totaled and insurance paid for my rental.nnOn all occasions staff at Enterprise were fantastic. Management, front-desk staff, and drivers were all very pleasant, helpful when I would call, and they even picked me up to get the car. They even give you some options for vehicles to rent when you show up.
