Great service! Was told they'd have a car ready for me at 3, but it wasn't so they gave me a free upgrade. Had the car for a month while my truck was getting fixed and they called every week to check in and see how things were. Picking up and dropping off the car was quick and hassle free.
I am here for a 3 month work project and had to renew my rental several times. I worked with Phil (?) who was super helpful and answered all my questions. Everyone there is friendly and polite, and all my transactions have been very smooth and easy.
Appreciated how easily the manager resolved a billing issue in the midst of dealing rental cars being required to help fight wildfires!
Great customer service all around and made my desperate situation so much easier. Management was quick to rectify a discrepancy which is a rare service these days. I feel they did everything right. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend you do too :)
Picked up car and it had a warning light in regards to needing an oil change. Sales person said it didn’t need that and just don’t drive 2500 miles - we were renting the car for a week - and it will be fine! Next the air in the tires were low. That too was brought to staff attention and tires re-inflated. Over night one tire was deflated to 19ppp.... so back to agency to ‘fix’. They promised to give us a replacement... never happened!! Anyway, we were disappointed with this Enterprise rental.
