Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The manager was very rude today. Told me that only 1 car was available. When I had a reservation for a luxury car. He told the gentleman helping me that I could only have the car that he picked. So I had to reschedule. Very rude at this location. I have a brand new 2020 car that I have a claim out on, so I expect to at least get something as nice as my car or better. Not a downgrade. Even the gentleman helping me said he wouldn't want the car they were going to rent to me today. This is not the 1st time I have rented a car here and I always pay extra to get a car that I would like. Very piss poor attitude he had today.

I made a reservation and there was no one at the Enterprise counter when I arrived to pick up the car. The lights were off and there was no note saying when they would return.

So disappointed with enterprise and their scam tactics. I clearly told the lady i wanted the car for longer than my original reservation, she said not to worry they will just charge me for the extra days i keep the car. After i return the vehicle i was surprised to notice they charged me more than double the daily rate for the extra days! What kind of desperate scam is this ? Never using enterprise again

I called several times and never was able to reach anyone at this facility over the phone. I left about 3 messages over the course of 2 days of my trip and never were my messages returned. The lady who served our rental to us was nice. She gave us a bigger car because we had two kids and I didnt realized how small the car was. Down side was that the car smelled very strongly of cigarettes which we aren't used to in Indiana. Smoking has been outlawed in most public places for several years including bars. I realize this is not something that can always be controlled in other areas but it is just not something we are used to or thought to expect. They did call me to let me know that they no longer offer booster seats and car seats so we had to bring one on the 4 planes and exchanges with us which was not fun in the airports. I did appreciate knowing ahead of time though that they did not offer them anymore to their customers so we were prepared.
