Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had to return the 1st car due to heavy odor of cigarette smell. The 2nd and only other vehicle they had smelled of cigarette odor. This is the filthiest car that I rented. The car should have been put on the side to look at b/c of mechanical issues. Enterprise has been the only place that I have rented from and will be the last. The worst customer service and car . I would rather spend a couple bucks more and have a clean car and one with no mechanical problems.

Once I received the rental, the representative did a QUICK walk around to look for damages which took 20 seconds. When I returned the vehicle they LITERALLY had two individuals trying to find the most minuscule defect on the rental.nThey tried to scam me for damages from hail dents that were BARLEY visible. You had to look JUST right at the perfect angle to see.nBeware!nRecord and annotate EVERY defect of the car you rent from them. Or they'll try and scam you once returning it.nTake video and photos before taking the rental.

I have rented from this location a lot and have been treated very well by Laura and Megan every time. I must say they go out of their way to make sure you leave happy and satisfied.

Rented a car from Kidder Street WB PA in November to drive to Disney had exceptional service with Anthony. Also needed a rental this month and rented from WB Motorworld and Laura was also fanastic wouldn't go anywhere but Enterprise .
