Impeccable service. Friendly staff. They delivered the rental to the shop and also picked it up from the shop for me. Clean great condition vehicles. I can't say enough about the service. They have handled covid well and I felt safe and cared for. Great job over all!

Disappointed with the rental of 12 passenger van. For the past 4 years have rented from them and was always good until this year..was quoted a Ford Transit like we got previously until we showed up that night and gave us a Chevy van that was few years old and not enough space to accommodate the 7 of us with our golf clubs and luggage. Its supposedly a 12 passenger van..and had to take a seat out to fit us and our stuff. That night we even mentioned our concern to them about this van, but they would not switch us. Then..tonight check bank statement and the quoted price of $1439 became almost $1700 after they tried to charge us for another day as well even though we returned the van yesterday as scheduled. They charged us for the extra day still..Will be making a phone call in the morning..then icing on the cake for this debacle we get pulled over on our trip as the inspection sticker on the van expired 9/2020

I am going to be honest for anyone that is going to read this review. I am giving this company a 5 star. Because of their transparency and honesty. The rental is straight up what it is. No hidden fees or gimmicks. If you have any questions, just ask. If the representative does not know the answer then contact corporate. However, my experience with Enterprise has been nothing but exceptional. I always use the app for my reservations and the reps are friendly. Keep up the good work Enterprise team.
