Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The rental process went very smoothly and the car was quite nice. I had to push back my original rental period by a couple of weeks due to some family medical issues, and I was surprised that the rate for the rental went up by over $200. I asked why and was only told that demand was higher during the time of the changed reservation. Aside from that, the staff at the Rental office were very professional and friendly making the rental an easy and pleasant transaction.

Car was in excellent shape. The workers were very polite and helpful. I will definitely rent from them again. An overall pleasant experience.

I had a small car accident and had to get my suv fixed. They brought the car to the repair shop went through the process and only had to pay the difference of my insurance and the gas! It was great! They searched for my particular car but couldn't get one but overall still got me a very loaded beautiful new vehicle to use for about 5 days. Great overall experience!

The people at the Kingston office are always very nice and help you get the car you need.. We were frequent renters because we were trying to buy a car and they were very helpful although I don’t think you should be treated differently if your using a debit card instead of a credit card.. But the Kingston office always helped us bring the right paperwork to get the car. The car was pretty clean there was a slim Jim between the seats and a dirty baby bottle rolled out from under the seat to but I understand they only have a limited amount of time to clean them before the next person comes to pick up the car..Other then that the car was clean I always bring my own Clorox wipes as a precaution..

used the online site to reserve a vehicle to visit my daughter and son in law about to be deployed , thought everything was good til i got to the counter where i was informed my debit/credit bank card could not be used there ..thankfully the staff at the Avoca airport & Pierce st sites were very helpful in getting me the assistance needed. but i do feel you need to clearly add the type of payment required at your different sites , as this made an already difficult situation very stressful. Again, thank you to the staff at the Airport and Pierce St sites for being professional and helpful.
