Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Minivan rental for a family vacation to Yellowstone!nPickup process was seamless and vehicle was comfortable and problem free. Where the issue arose was when this driver foolishly locked the keys in the van at the Old Faithful Geyser parking lot. I was informed by security that the service station across the lot provided opening service for $97. I though, knew that Enterprise offered free opening service as part of their contract so I called and was informed it would be at least 90 minutes before someone could get there. After 90 minutes and no one in sight I called again only to be informed by a different agent that the notes indicated Enterprises Vehicle Service agent does not service Yellowstone National Park and that someone was supposed to call me and tell me that but DID NOT! So, I contacted the service station in the park and they told me it would be at least 2 hours because their tow trucks were out on service calls. I will now see if Enterprise reads this review and will reimburse me the $97 I paid for (my mistake) unlocking the vehicle which is part of the contract.nnUpdate: The Enterprise rental location reimbursed me for the lockout recovery fee without issue. Though this was due to the fact that I had selected full coverage insurance. In addition, discussion with the site manager suggested that there are places in the US where vehicle service requests are not available. Be informed, ask questions and don't be a Dumb A-- like me and lock your keys in the vehicle.

The customer service was great with an easy check in process. Their rates are affordable and the van met our needs. Upon returning the van it was more simple than the check in process. I received an email receipt after leaving the van to show they credited my card back the deposit. I would definitely use them again as I compared rates and they seem to be the most affordable and are closest to my house.

The folks at the Garrity location were great. Jacob was awesome and very polite!! Great customer service. Would liked to have gotten a different car but another time.

Pick up curbside was a breeze. Great car...Nissan Altima. Great experience.

Enterprise has been my first and only car rental choice. I have been a faithful customer and they have been a faithful provider for all my car rental needs. From fast and friendly service. To always going what seems like above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I will continue to shop only enterprise when it comes to renting a vehicle.
