Enterprise met us at the repair shop, was extremely helpful and made the experience very positive. We were shaken up by the accident and Enterprises great service made a big difference on a very difficult day. Thanks Enterprise! And by the way - we really enjoyed the Enterprise rep that met us at the collision center. She did an excellent job.

Hidden fees will leave you scratching your head and scrambling to find another car service on short notice. **BE ADVISED THEY CHARGE AN EXTRA $200 FEE ON TOP OF YOUR QUOTED PRICE** Fee will be refunded after car is returned. This should be posted everytime you go to reserve a car. Easy click bait. Very disappointed. I will definitely be staying away from Enterprise and using another rental company.

While my experience with this location is usually pretty good, this time wasn't. The agent I worked with was very curt and was willing to lose my business instead of finding an alternate solution to my particular issue. I wound up finding a work around for my issue and renting that day because the car was needed for an emergency but I can assure that I will be going to the airport to rent for now on.
