Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Made my reservation online the night before I wanted to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived at Enterprise, I was in and out within 5 minutes. I had to extend my rental, which I did by phone, and again everything was handles smoothly. When I dropped off the vehicle I was taken care of immediately. I love Enterprise !! Great vehicles to choose from, also.

This is the most awesome place to buy a vehicle. My husband an I had the pleasure of meeting kaylen and Shelly. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard to get us in a vehicle we would love. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a vehicle. Was a great and quick interaction. The whole situation was contactless which made renting a car the easiest thing ever.

Positive overall experience, pick up and drop off was quick and easy, email communication was great, staff was helpful and competent. The only negative was that we were given a car that smelled like smoke - it wasn't disclosed ahead of time and we weren't asked about our preference. Felt like too much of a hassle to take it back so we lived with it.
