Super easy and fast! Dan is super friendly and had the best customer service! Highly recommend!!
If I could I would rate -1 million. Manager, whatever the name is of the guy was there 6/6/2019 at 6pm is, gave me and my family the worst customer service ever. Rude and ignorant treated us like he wanted us to leave the darn office. Every question was answered with a dry, not even looking at us. If you plan to have people like him, you gonna keep loosing business. Horrible, horrible horrible, i stepped out so I didn't disrespected him like he did to us!
Had a car, little wait, friendly guys.
Easy pickup/dropoff. They bumped me up a car tier level for free!
Dan is the man we needed to rent a car and he got us in and out of there fast. We will definitely come to Avis again.
