Budget Car Rental

Not a single star. DO NOT USE BUDGET! We had tire trouble requiring us to purchase a new tire, in hopes we would be reimbursed. We changed the tire and got the repair done at our own cost, because roadside assistance was no help. Now Budget decided to charge us for roadside assistance that we did not even receive. Not only terrible service but awful customer service to deal with, kept transferring us to the next person with no help.

The phone conversation was perfect. We spoke to Dan the manager. He really knows his stuff and helped us get the vehicle we wanted. The experience picking up the car was another story. The person working was rude, lazy and disinterested. Short one word answers. We had to ask terms etc and he acted as if we were keeping him from his pizza. Finally gave us the keys and said itsbout in the side lot. White elantra. Well 2 white elantras were there. Needless to say first one wasn't the right one. Lets walk a little farther and try the other one. No help from pizza boy. But while we are roaming the lot trying to locate car he rushes out to put his freaking pizza in his truck and ignores us. Once again the manager is great to deal with. Pizza boy is a real black mark on the location.

The agent at this location gave us excellent customer service! We were quite impressed!

It's budget car rental and it's located close. You don't get the choice of vehicle but you do get to choose whether it's a compact, mid, van, or truck size vehicle.
