Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Over the weekend, I reserved a rental from the Manheim Pike Enterprise. I was greeted respectfully and treated like royalty. Needless to say, I was surprised as my previous experience with this location was NOT GOOD. Prior rental experiences several months back with the manager at that location caused me to rent elsewhere. I have to say, the young man who checked me out this weekend deserves a promotion. His customer service skills are superior.

Very satisfied with chosing enterprise for my rental experience. The process was fast and the employees were amazing. I chose to pay the extra for insurance coverage to to be safe and so glad I did. I ended up having a fender bender with a yellow caution pole and everything was covered. It was around 1500 in damages and it was all covered. i will never not get the insurance smartest thing I did it's worth the extra 20 a day. Enterprise definitely has my business for every car rental need.

Lancaster site has great service. Personnel went above a beyond after West Lawn fail to deliver a good service. West Lawn site needs better train people on customer service. This is the second time this site has not delivered average service.

I have been renting from Enterprise rental cars for several years now so I have a pretty good history with them. One of the features that I especially enjoy is the free mileage that's a plus especially when I'm on a long-term rental. one of my most recent rentals I was having trouble with a vehicle's tire the company switched out the car very very quickly and took care of it. Enterprise always treats me with much respect. I have nothing but good things to say about Enterprise rental car.

The experience was good. Only drawback was that it had a slight scent of smoke in it. Otherwise it was all good!
