Dollar Car Rental

Came to pick up the car at the airport with the reservation. We were told that the car would not be ready for two hours since they did not have enough personnel to clean the cars coming in. They were at least 10 other people in the same situation. Has never happened before. Could not go to another rental car agency without spending an extra $200/double our rate. Do not rent from these people. This was done through Priceline and they need to be informed.nAbout two hours after my above review, I finally got my car. At this point, there must’ve been 30 more people who could not get their cars that they reserved either.nI must state that the 2 young ladies behind the counter, despite all the trials and tribulations that they were being put through by a poorly organized company and angry customers, did an excellent job in managing a nightmare. They continue to smile and be very friendly throughout everything. In the end, I received a discount as well as an upgraded car, (the latter was by dumb luck-Sometimes God watches out for you). I still rate the company a one star, but the employees behind the desk I give five stars.

My girl Sierra always helps me out. Even though I'm usually picking up my car at 6 am, she's always incredibly nice and helpful. Give that lady a raise. Anyway, lots of haters in these reviews. I've always had great experiences with the best prices around.

So easy to rent from these guys as great cars on top of it.

This company likes to cheat people. After telling them I didn't need any extra add-ons. The receptionist added that it would help her because she gets incentives. I declined she told me a I needed to sign for few things one being that I'd be the only one to drive the car and two sign for the car. Then noticing what I was charged for moments later I tried to call in and they told me their hands were tied til I returned the car. So I called after and they told me that it didn't matter because in signed for everything. So even though I was lied to and signed something under false pretenses because a lady wanted to make a extra buck I'm now out for over $100. Honestly Thrifty and Dollar are not worth your time to rent from. Especially since they wouldn't help me especially after being a monthly reoccurring customer.
