We needed to rent a large SUV due to mom's funeral the end of September that we were coming home for. At no point upon pick up did any employee ask us if we had any concerns with the vehicle, we were given the key and the location, with no other employee interactions. We looked over vehicle and hubby and i said to each other. We see NO ISSUES. We left.nnReturned vehicle and employee grabbed key. Checked miles and gas and left. Never asked if we had any issues.nnOne month later we received a letter stating we were responsible for glass damage in the tune of $400! TOTAL BS. We had no damage no issues.nnIf the vehicle was returned with any noted damages, they should be required to call you immediately. Instead they just send a letter stating you are responsible and charge your card, I called demanding proof it was US that had damaged glass.nnDEMAND THEIR EMPLOYEES DO THEIR JOB!!!nnI WILL NOT BE USING AVIS/BUDGET AGAIN!
Decent price for a two week rental.
Great Service
Car rental was quick, easy and painless. Agent was helpful, desk was appropriately staffed and car type I reserved was available at the price I agreed to (this sounds obvious but so many times this is not what actually happens!) My only suggestion is maybe add a sign for those turning in cars before 6 am so we know to just leave the car, but this was the case for all rental companies so certainly not a big deal. Would definitely rent here from them again. Thanks.
Great price, nice car, friendly staff. The attendant asked me if I would take a Mustang, which of course I did. As I walked to the car, I saw a couple of convertible Mustangs but almost died when mine was as well. A 5 day rental for $167 that was really cool on top of everything.
