Budget Car Rental

The van we rented was very clean, very nice, excellent experience. On our drop off to return the vehicle one of our party accidently left her Kindle in the backseat. The young lady at the Boise Airport Budget desk was so helpful, getting the vehicle brought back around, that the Kindle was retrieved. We had dropped it off about an hour prior to this. She truly went above and beyond and because of her kindness and sweet attitude, made the experience beyond a 10. This took place at the Boise ID Airport on November 6, 2020 at around 10:30 a.m.

1. The car was - despite what the decal said - not cleaned. Crumbs were all over the floor and in the seats. Windows were dirty. Fingerprints on dashboard. I had to refill washer fluid, as there wasn't any. Tags were expired two months, which caused me to be stopped three times. Not a very good experience to be honest.

Car pickup was quick and easy. The customer service rep was very kind and recommended place to go eat while I stayed in boise Idaho. Got a to cruise around in a dodge challenger which was very clean and a lot of fun to drive. Drop off was simple and quick.

No wait for pickup. Quick and easy with reservation. Very affordable vs competition. Easy drop off, pull up and they scan your car and you’re off.
