Robert and staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate me on multiple occasions. The past few months I have had to rent from them due to my own car being in and out of the shop. Whether online, over the phone, or in person, they have been very helpful to extend my rental when needed or give me the perfect vehicle for a trip. If you need a rental in Boise, I highly recommend this location over the airport hands-down!
As I was browsing to see what was available and prices for our vacation, i got a pop up from the site that says if I gave them my email address, they would take 30% off any reservation. So I did!!! I then looked at every model they had available and their “sale” price was listed....and not 1 was even 10% off!!!! Thanks for the scam and just going to sell my email!! Will definitely NOT rent from here now!!
Best place to rent a car in Boise. The staff are super nice and helpful, location is in a sketchy area but close to downtown and easy to get to. Much better prices than renting from the airport
The staff and prices were great. However the three so-called gentleman that cut in front of me and called me sweetie we're not so great.
Rented the perfect SUV over Thanksgiving. Vehicle was AWD with mud and snow tires. Drove through the Sierra-Nevada during a major snow storm. The vehicle performed beautifully. Trip would have been cancelled or a complete nightmare without the proper vehicle. A perfectly equipped SUV at an amazing price.
