Enterprise Rent-A-Car

While I do not recall the names of the two young men who helped me first obtain, and then return my rental car in Boise, I want to note that both were excellent to work with. (Sorry about the names. I suck at that.) Drop Off was quick and seamless, and probably only took 3 minutes at the guesthouse I was renting. Returning the car, and getting a ride back was equally easy. The car was just as advertised, and there were no billing surprises. All in all, a very pleasant rental experience.

I absolutely had a stellar experience with the Enterprise in both Boise Idaho and in Twin Falls Idaho. They were super cooperative and worked with me and were extremely professional! What a fantastic job! please keep up the great work guys!

Pickup and drop off were quick, no problems. Personnel were masked, friendly. Type of car what we reserved. Car performed without flaw. Price reasonable, much lower at this site than at airport.recommend highly.

I rented a RAV4 with them for a month.. I’d call every few days to extend it. Some days I’d forget and they were very understanding. I initially booked a lesser car, I think a standard sedan or something, and they let me upgrade to this for free. Everything was very easy.
