Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great ride. 2019 Ford Escape. Always great to rent a car for a vacation. One less thing to worry about.

When I called to make a reservation for a car they asked me some questions and said I was all set to go. But when I went to pick up the car there was an issue and they weren’t able to loan it to me. When I expressed my issue that I had to be 6 hours away for a funeral and no way to get there, the person I talked with here was soooooooo rude. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! The enterprises I’ve dealt with in the past have been good experiences, not at the waynesburg office though! The worker who refused to help me his name is Cody. I called another one and they had zero issue helping me out immediately.

They have always been courteous and professional. The paperwork is always ready, the pickups have gone flawlessly. Would recommend and will always use them for my needs.

6-29-2020 at noon has I was turning on 188 a young man in a white car come flying up from sheets gas lid open cut in front of me only to pull onto enterprise I call the them she said she would let someone know how that youngs man drives there cars
