Budget Car Rental

Donna was awesome and a pleasure to work with. She help me and my CFO (visiting from Europe) get a long term car. It took us a little while but got the job done. It was a pleasure working with her,

First, when you call for pick-up service, `all local reps are unavailable` every time.nSecond, after 10 times call if you can reach out a local service, they `say we dont have a pick up service` but your website says that if you call local office 24 hours in advance from your car pick-up, pick-up service is availablne for under 5 miles.nThird, every condition fits, I called 24 hour in advance and my location is just 4 miles away but she said that though your pick-up service is up to my manager approval.nAs a rental company which can not facilitates customers very reasonable requests. Clients who are willing to pay money to should be able to reach the local service/office easily. Don`t make your customers life harder!

Very disappointed. Needed a car for a day due to my car being in for service. The person we dealt with was very nice. We found that we needed to keep the car for several more hours so I contacted the customer service to add the additional time. I was quoted a price which was a charge for a full days rental. When we returned the car the price charged was more than what was quoted. The person who we spoke with said we should call the customer service e desk for support. She said it probably wouldn't help because it is outsourced outside of the US. The person I spoke with was RUDE and not helpful at all. When asked if I could speak with a supervisor he stated that this was not something to talk with a supervisor with. Poor customer service.

Never had a bad experience with them. I get exactly what I expect with no surprises.

If I could rate zero, I would.nReserved a van, it wasn’t there. Waited more than TWO HOURS for them to bring one, when I was already supposed to leave for vacation. Then, they run the card and it “doesn’t work”, so we can’t get the car. Are you kidding me? Do not rely on budget for anything. I prepaid hundreds of dollars for this vehicle and won’t be refunded in time to get another, so I am unable to go on my vacation. Thanks a lot!
