We love this avis branch the best staff the best service exactly what we need.

Cars good be a little cleaner without the smell of marijuana and smoke. The first car we was assigned had dirty floors and smelled bad with body damage to the front area, which I went inside and was greeted nicely and treated well, she quickly assigned another car and apologized. Possibly due to covid -19 things might not be running so smooth, but I felt someone should have walked around the car with me before leaving. So I took my own pictures before and after the rental to cover any liabilities, or question that could arise. The front end of the car was out of balance and shook your hands on the steering wheel while traveling on the highway, road test would possibly help on maintenance. I will be traveling regularly to this area possibly monthly, and will try again, since it is in the airport. There are other options in the area with pickup. The value was in range, if the previous mentioned problems was not an issue.

Hope is great she is always very nice

very poor service that caused me to spend additional money that I couldn't afford. They had one person who could not help me because she was doing other things like washing the cars.

Because the lady was really nice she handle her business
