Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The young lady handling the rental was knowledgeable, friendly, and outgoing. She went the extra distance to assure I would have a positive experience. When a minor problem occured she was quick to rectify the situation to my complete satisfaction. People like her keep your customers coming back again and again.

Overall it was ok. I attempted to book through a closer branch. 8/14-8/23 and the website popped up that the location was closed on Sundays and I would need to extend my rental period, it would not let me proceed with the dates I had selected. So I selected a different location within the C.harper auto group. Selected my dates, made my reservation and everything was fine. I returned the car on Sunday and saw that the location was closed, so I used their drop box. To my surprise 8 days after I returned the vehicle they sent my email verification and total bill. They charged me for an extra day because the location was closed. This was never brought up during the 2 confirmation calls I recieved prior to picking up the vehicle. This was also never discussed when I went to pick up the vehicle. It was just charged. Same think happened to my husband 8 months earlier with a 1 day rental that he was charged two days for. I did call the location and the representative was friendly enough but did reiterate to me multiple times that their policy is if they are closed you will be charged for the car until they open the following day(s). This is something that the enterprise site is capable of having in their reservation process, but this specific location chose or chooses to continue to allow people to select those days and just charged them for the car after the fact, without notice. The representative I spoke to did say she would credit back to my card for that additional day I was charged for but for future reference I should understand I’ll be charged. I will not rent from this location again, and I will ensure all of my family and friend understand they are just trying to make a fast buck at the customers expense.

Everything went well, my only problem is the inside windshield needs to be cleaned better, especially when your driving long distance.

This rental experience was a nightmare, I show up after requesting a Jetta for a rental. We chose the Jetta for its gas mileage of 41 highway, so we expected to average around 36 mpg on our 2,500+ mile trip. We show up and they have one car and it’s a grand caravan in which we averaged 23 mpg. This was just unacceptable after requesting a certain type of vehicle more than 3 weeks out from a pick up date. The best part is if I was not 15 minutes early to my pick up time I would have not gotten a car at all!!! I would have Best a wedding I was the best man in due to utter incompetence. I called to complain to the company and was told they could do nothing for me, and the issue had to be brought to the regional managers attention. I called him multiple times and have still not managed to talk with him and it has been 3 weeks now!!!! So I still have this issue and no one seems to be concerned about my issue of the extra cost of a few hundred dollars in gas or the stress of this situation and could have ruined a wedding, after making arrangements for this rental nearly a month in advance!!

3 times in two months they have given a rental we paid for and had a reservation for to someone else. This time a trip was cancled that was important!
