Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Usually I get great service. Next time when my rental is being paid and covered by my auto insurance company do not start charging my account without speaking with me about any circumstances leading to the charges. You were not supposed to be charging my card and did and it took 2 weeks to get my money refunded. This was not the deposit I am speaking of, these were daily rental charges!

We recently had an Enterprise rental while my vehicle was in the shop for what we thought was minor repairs. It took twice as long as expected.nEnterprise contacted us to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. It turned out we had difficulty with getting in & out (it was a sedan) because we're used to SUVs. Enterprise offered and switched to an SUV which was a better option for us.nThanks again and count on us for word-of-mouth, positive sharing of our experience.

I rented an intermediate SUV for a trip to Arizona two weeks ago. I booked over the phone which was quick and easy. The gal took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely helpful and courteous. The pricing was very reasonable. We got a 2020 Nissan Rouge which was fun to drive. Will definitely book again!

So I reserved at car 3 days before the holiday weekend at the airport location and answered the question that no I did not have a return flight when prompted. I get there to pick up my car and was told I couldnt use my debit card at this location unless I had a return flight. This was not disclosed when I made my reservation with my debit card online. I was driving 400 miles to my destination and already had hotel booked. I walked to every counter no cars avail because of upcoming holiday. So there I was stranded at the airport, I called several different car rental places and nothing avail. Finally I called the enterprise on auto drive and told them.my situation and he said we will take care of you even tho their airport location offered me no solution. I think his name was mike and I want to thank them on Auto drive in boise idaho for accommodating me on such short notice. You saved my vacation and I didnt miss the birth of my great nieceud83dude18

Only getting 2 stars because of how well the return went. Other than that, extremely disappointed. Didn't have vehicle I reserved. Provided me with a vehicle that was apparently just returned. 58 miles of fuel range, lightly sprayed off, interior not vacuumed or wiped down from previous renter, and averaged 25mpg compared to an expected 32+nnHad the vehicle for a week and was disappointed in it overall. Enterprise has usually been a fantastic experience. Took off one days rental as compensation in the end.
